B N Mandal has over 41 years of industry experience in diverse domains like construction management, upkeep of plant and machines related to construction and mining, export of ballast to Bangladesh Railway, and worked as unit head /project head in Ircon’s various projects. These works includes more than 6 years of experience in ERP Implementation e -procurement, e- disposal, export and import and a certified TUV Auditor. Started career as an Assistant Manager and superannuated as Additional General Manager in Ircon International Limited, A Government of India undertaking under the Ministry of Railways.

A Mechanical Engineer from India and an MBA – Marketing from SMU, underwent training at various locations in the Indian Railways, Secretariat Training Institute, Government of India, Indian Productivity Council, TUV audit training, SAP core team training by Leading Business schools MDI/Gurgaon, TELCO, Cummins, and import-export training, etc.
