      Job Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced Export Manager with a minimum of four years of experience in both local and international markets for food products.
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our export operations, Quality Control, ensuring efficient, timely and  compliant delivery of our food products to international markets.
  • The Export Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our global presence and driving revenue growth.

     Key Responsibilities:

Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities and trends in both local and international markets for food products. Analyze competitors and market dynamics to develop effective export strategies.

Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers in target markets.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all international trade regulations, including customs requirements, import/export laws, and food safety standards. Stay up-to-date with changes in regulations and ensure adherence to all applicable standards.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to manage logistics, transportation, and supply chain operations for export shipments. Ensure timely delivery of products while minimizing costs and optimizing efficiency.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with international partners, including pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and product specifications. Ensure agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.

Quality Control: Collaborate with quality assurance teams to maintain high standards of product quality throughout the export process. Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations on field.

Financial Management: Develop and manage export budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Monitor expenses and profitability of export operations, identifying areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of export professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment focused on achieving business objectives.

    Qualifications & Key Skills:

            ·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.

            ·        Minimum of four years of experience in export management, preferably in the food industry.

            ·        Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and food safety standards.

            ·        Proven track record of successfully developing and executing export strategies to drive revenue growth.

            ·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

            ·        Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

            ·        Proficiency in MS Office Suite and export management software.

            ·        Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
