A professionally qualified and experienced Human Resource Specialist with extensive knowledge and skills in Training and Development, Project Management, Media and Communication, She is the Manager-HR & Administration of Soltex. With a background in Corporate Communications, Miss Maan is actively involved in Soltex and is now looking after a thousand and above work force of Soltex Group.

Her responsibilities include compensation and benefits, payroll, HR operations, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning, organizational development, leadership training, and employee and labor relations. Her aggressive dynamism and passion for innovation ensured that the beanstalk grew both horizontally and vertically in strength.

She is pretty much sure in what she is doing. However, she was always aware that something was missing, and that something had to change. She has always believed in keeping abreast of latest involvements. Being a HR person, she gives a great contribution to our organization development, operations marketing and communications.

With the technical expertise, she is Post Graduate in Mass Communication & P.G Diploma in Human Resource Management from SCDL, Pune. Prior to Soltex, she has worked with Concept Communications India Ltd, Sristi Communications and Platinum Circle Pvt. Ltd. She has worked as a Freelancer in Public Relations and now handling Management Human Resource, with the experiences of managing organization’s intranet and communications, planning and launching employee programs, and administration.
